DUKE SHEAF ST-SNEAK PEEK 3

23/02/15 Laura Wellington - Co Founder

Time for another Sunday #Sneakpeek #DukeSheafSt. Here you can see the progress of the building works. Sheaf St will have spaces for 1-15 ppl, meeting spaces from 6-25 and an event space with a capacity with around 250 (still TBC). Email hello@duke-studios.com if you would like to book a viewing once the space is less of a building site. We will be doing another sneak peek this weekend so follow our Instagram account to see that in real time.

The Yard - gets the sun all day and won't remain like this - big plans for the outdoors.

Door way to the upstairs.

A big hole has been cut out of the attic mezzanine for a stairway upstairs to Attic Studios (1) Rising Digital and Attic Studio (2) Rabbit Hole.

These stairs have also been made out of the leftover wood from the attic.

This beautiful banister was built by the most amazing contractor we've ever met! All of the wood reused from Attic leftovers.

1 of the 4 private studio spaces on the first floor... Looking more and more ace everytime we go on site - quite a few applications on these already!

The reverse pic for the 1 of 4 studio spaces in the factory office part of the building.

Reception Space - Currently plotting plans for future use of this space - Phase 2 plans might be moving forward into Phase 1

Its taken some determination to keep this pillar in the reception space! Everytime the design looked like it would change and it may get blocked in, it was rapidly changed again.

Toot toot beep beep - little bob cats in to transport the floor base in the spaces off the main downstairs.

Chaos downstairs in the main space... #Tractortracks

The wall got knocked down to be rebuilt and get the little bob cats in.

The beautiful distressed brickwork, in what will be the kitchen... Striving to keep it as much like this as possible - dust dependant!

We've got something special planned for this bit on the ground floor up to the attic.

With the balustrades all built in.. This end of the attic will be filled with Rising Digital, this is the last Sneak peak pic for today...if you want a tour or more info drop us an email on hello@duke-studios.com
